Our 10 day cleanse is a great choice for anyone who has prior experience with juice cleansing and is ready to challenge themselves at the next level!
 
Our 10 day cleanse consists of:
30 (16 oz) packages of cleanse juice. (Juice Flavors: 10x Berry Juicy, 10x Nothing But Green, and 10x Sweet Dreamz)
 
Prior to Beginning Cleanse:
To bring your body down to an alkaline state, significantly reduce the following foods that contains acid:
Caffeine 
Processed foods
Alcohol
Refined sugar
**Cleanse on days that you are free of social engagements so that you are not tempted to eat food**
 
Daily Cleansing Instructions:
All 3 flavors must be consumed each day. 
Start with the “Berry Juicy” as your breakfast, “Nothing but Green” for lunch, and end the day with “Sweet Dreamz” for dinner. 
Drink each cleanse in a minimum of 1-2 hour intervals.  
You should drink at least 16oz of alkaline water in between juices for best results. 
Please note that you are not limited to 48oz of water a day, you may drink as much water as you need.
PLEASE SHAKE WELL before consuming each juice.
 
Instructions for Juice Preservation:
We will freeze the juices after they are pressed to keep the nutrients from deteriorating.
Once you receive your cleanses, PLEASE KEEP THEM FROZEN if you are not starting your cleanse right away!
The juices can remain frozen up to 6 months.
Defrost 3 packages (one day’s worth) the night before you are ready to begin your cleanse.
Typically, it takes about 3-5 hours for juices to defrost. 
When the juices are mostly thawed out, place them in the refrigerator until it’s time to begin cleansing the next morning.
Once thawed juices only last about 3-4 days; therefore, keep your remaining cleanses in the freezer until you are ready to drink them.
 
Expected Results:
When taken correctly, the 10-day cleanse will result in the loss of 25lbs to 35lbs.
